First Game Ever!

Hey guys!

I'm a video producer and animator of several years. A few days ago, I received an assignment to create an 8-bit style animation that looked and felt like a video game for a Bible-based project. I figured... why do an animation that can only be used once when I could just try my hand at creating a simple game from scratch? So this is the result of about 3 days of working on pixel art, coding, and learning new things!

I instantly fell in love with the interactive element that really brought my stupid 'walk cycle' to life! I think I found a new addiction- making games! This is the very first update of hopefully many more updates and new games to come! I also created a brand new developer account under the same name (mataro) and I'm looking forward to achieving my 2020 new year's resolution: putting an app in the Google Play store! Wahoo!
